Troubleshooting Wireless Receiver

Before you proceed, make sure to first power cycle the system and confirm the lights are not turning on. Then proceed with troubleshooting the wireless receiver.

  1. Go into the app, select settings and then zones. The lights will not go past the zone length. If the zone length is set to zero, the lights will not come on. If the zone length is not correct, reset the length and test the lights.
  2. Check the status of the zone in the app. Go into the app, select settings and then zones. If the zone status is “connected and on” in green, it is getting power and communicating with the bridge. If the zone status says “on” in yellow, then the zone is not communicating with the bridge. A tech will need to be sent out to repair the system.
  3. If the zone is not getting power.
    1. Check to see if you have have any switches that control the outlets.
    2. Also confirm if you have a smart outlet.
  4. Check the zone signal strength. Using the EverLights support tool, you can see what the zone signal strength is. If the signal strength is poor, the bridge may need to be moved. If this is the issue, you may need to contact support for repair.
